How We Work

Frank Canty Realty as a buyer agent and New Home Specialist will work for you to find the New Home Community and Builder that are right for you and to provide you with our Cash Rebate at closing.

The buying process and steps are as follows:

1. Search the new home builders and their communities to view photos, detailed descriptions and available floor plans.
2. Call or email Canty Realty to get questions answered or ask for advice.
3. Print out “Canty Representative Form” which will show I am representing you as a buyer agent at nearly all of the New Home Communities. Please make several copies!!! If you decide to visit the Orlando Area and do not get a chance to call me or perhaps are thinking of buying in another part of Florida, it is imperative that you present a copy of this form upon initial visit to any builder as this will provide proof of buyer agency. Nearly all of the builders will honor the agency form and pay me a commission which I in turn will pay 50% back to you at closing. (Canty Realty can only honor this if a commission is received.) I encourage buyers to call or email to let me know when you are planning on being in Orlando so I may meet you and show you the New Home Communities.
4. Select your new home and community of choice and choose a lot, floor plan, carpet and tile, cabinets, and fixtures for your new home.
5. Rely on Canty Realty expertise to assist you in closing on your new home.
6. Celebrate!! A great investment and great place to live.
7. Last but not least receive a check at closing for 50% of my commission!!!
