Mr. Frank Canty has been our Realtor for three years. In that time he helped us to buy and sell our first home and most recently to purchase our second home. Our second home is a new home in a new development. Ordinarily a Realtor isn’t needed for these purchases, but what a difference it made for us. We greatly appreciated having Frank represent us. I just wanted to extend my thanks for making my Condominium purchase an enjoyable & positive experience. As you know ,  I reside in New York , and I was very apprehensive when I decided to make a purchase in Florida .

You presented all issues , both positive & negative , and remained honest & trustworthy throughout the process . After a couple of months when I visited the property , everything was as you had told me -- no hidden surprises . This truly gave me a refreshing feeling. Lastly , to make my decision easier from a financial perspective  you arranged to split the Sales commission with me. I received this check immediately after the closing.

I was very fortunate to have met Frank when I came to Florida to view some holiday homes. The cost of my home was significantly reduced based on the fact that I received half of the realtor commission from Frank in my account the day after closing. What I really appreciated was that I didn't have to ask for the commission as per our arrangement. Frank came looking for my details so that he could put the money in straightaway once the deal was closed. And he did. There was also no need for me to travel to Florida for the closing because Frank was able to draw up the snaglist on the house and re-inspect to make sure all the jobs were done before closing.

In August, 2002, my wife Dee, and my daughter Sasha, drove from Bronx, New York, to Ocoee, Florida. We were on our way to our very first cruise which was to leave from Cape Canaveral to the Eastern Caribbean. We had a relative in Ocoee and so decided to visit first, then cruise. It was probably the best thing we ever did, for before we departed for the cruise, we met a superb realtor, Frank Canty, and bought a second home in Ocoee. We never dreamt that we could have decided on such a major venture so fast; one day. When we look back at that visit we chuckle at having to go to the nearby mall for financial support in order to cover the sales contract. We had the good fortune of meeting Frank at our relative's residence. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the real estate sector of Florida. His insight was very resourceful and there was honesty in his discussions that I had never come across from someone involved in real estate. We felt very comfortable with his view of the potential of investing in a second property, and we actually decided on purchasing just after meeting him. We have never regretted that decision since. Frank was with us all the way from the moment we signed the sales contract, through the period of construction (via phone), right up to closing. Today we are still in touch and are still thankful for his honesty and support throughout the whole venture. We are used to hearing scary stories about deals that fall apart or turn out to be your worst nightmare when you buy a property 1050 miles or so away. However, Frank Canty, was one helluva good guy, and my family now is living a good and sweeter dream. I take this opportunity to recommend Frank Canty as a realtor to anyone, especially those living outside of Florida and thinking of investing there. On top of all the good service, we got $2,500 back from Frank at closing as was his agreement. It helped in the purchase of items for the house.

After recently moving to the Orlando area, I found Frank Canty's website as I began searching for housing developments in the area. I set Frank's website as a favorite on my computer as I found his new homebuilder links to be very helpful. After finding a housing development and home that I was interested in purchasing, Frank and I attended a meeting with the builder and worked out all of the details. Being that this was my first home purchase, Frank was very informative and helpful in getting me through this process. Frank also helped me through my walkthrough, on Christmas Eve I might add, which again was a stressful time when you aren't sure what to expect. Frank was again there for our closing, this time on New Years Eve. At that time he presented us with a check for half of his commissions. As it turned out, Frank received an additional $2,000 commissions from the builder, because the house we purchased was an inventory home. It was a nice surprise as Frank informed us that we would receive half of this commission as well. Frank was a pleasure to deal with and helped in making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Frank as a realtor you can count on.
